Joella and Carl were married in September in the gorgeous little village of Stansted. Their ceremony was held at St Mary’s church in with their reception at Court Lodge Barn a mere 100 yards from the church.
We started the day at home with Joella and her bridesmaids as they made their preparations, Joella was then met by a stunning white Rolls Royce to take her to her wedding. The church was full of family and friends all happy to see them make their vows. The church is a pretty little church in the heart of the village and is perfect for a small intimate ceremony.
After the ceremony everyone the walked the very short distance to Court Lodge Barn. There are huge doors that lead into the barn, everyone gathered here which made for an amazing confetti shot.
While guests were mingling in the pretty gardens, we took the opportunity to take some photographs of the decorations in the barn. Joella and her friends had made everything by hand, adding the special personal touch to the room.
The wedding breakfast was an amazing hog roast, which was enjoyed by everyone.
During a little free time, Joella and Carl came out into the garden for some couples photographs, they were a dream to shoot even bringing umbrellas out into the rain. As a result we took some stunning photographs of them.
